working and working

Hello ya'll. What's up? Are you all keeping insanely busy?:) Because I am ....zzz. I got a new job on Monday at the Lunch Box in downtown Mount Vernon. It is the cutest little hole-in-the-wall cafe ever. I started Wednesday, and I'm working 9-3 Monday through Friday - The most awesome hours ever!!:) The only downside to this is that I'm still working at Mira Vista for 2 more weeks, so after I get done at Lunch Box, I have to rush to Mira Vista and work 3:30-8 - which totally sucks. So I'm going to be putting in 11 hour days for the next few weeks....blah. It's so tiring being on my feet, running around for so long. I love my new job though. I make sandwiches, salads, soups, and espressos, and deliver them around downtown...fun, except when I get lost - which has only happened once so far, I'm proud to say:) And I made $13 in tips in the first day, which is really good:) So yeah, that's all that's happening in my life right now..work...and more work....and some sleep. I'm very excited for Idaho - only 1 more week!! Rae's coming on Saturday to help me pick out a dress,... which reminds me, I have to remember to call and have them keep the two dresses I liked on hold....anyways, I'm going to soak in the tub for a while.. my legs and feet are killing me, soooo- - Cheers, be back soon:)

Ok - It's only a few more hours until my birthday - so I am freaking out because I really can't wait to open Abby's present. I know what it is b/c I told her which one to get, but I'm still SO excited!! It's a DVD of Phantom of the Opera - which is now my all-time most favoritest movie ever of all time:) Yep, i kinda like it:) so now I will have the DVD and the 2 soundtracks from the play and the video.....i'm obsessed, but ya know what?:) i love it:) anyway, enough about that, if ya'll want to see it, I'll bring it to our next party. .....yeah, so, not much is new. I loved my "not-so-surprise" suprise party last night - you guys are the best (LUV YA):) Thanx for all the fun gifts and for letting me beat ya'll at bowling:) (Yeah right:) sooo, i'm still looking for a new job. Apparently i got a phone call from Ross, but i haven't called back - i'm going to wait till after i talk to Nic's boss at the Lunch Box, b/c I would love to work there...so we'll see what happens.:)anyway. 4 - days until my birthday- hint hint:)
10 - days until Jessie comes for a month! yay!
16 - days until I go to Idaho for a weekend ..... SO excited for that!:)
36 - days until Krista and Steve come!
38 - days until Yvonne and other Nobleton ppl fly out:)
39 - days until the day before the conference:) i know -i'm ridiculous:)

so - now you all are updated, and i promise to keep doing so frequently:)
anyway....i am burned so bad again from the waterslides...i keep itching:) it sucks:P
went to Bellis Fair today and tried on prom dresses for Idaho....found 2 but they were $120 and $180, so I don't think I'll get those. Also I went to the place where I got my dress for the wedding and found two more dresses for less than $100.. so I'm going to show them to Rae and get her opinion on them:) maybe, she can come down for the day or something:) hint hint:)

hello, yes i am still alive.......

Ok - so ya'll want me to post something, eh? alright, I hope you weren't hoping for anything interesting because I am leading a boring life right now. I am SO sick of my job you have no idea. Jack left early again tonight without any notice, so I had to finish his work AGAIN. So, this morning I dropped off applications for employment at NY&Co, Ross, Sears, Bath & Body Works, Linens 'n Things, and Costco.....so I am hoping and praying that onw of them will get back to me soon. I want to be able to give my 2 weeks notice at Mira Vista by the first week of August.... yep, so, other news - - Krista e-mailed me today. She and Steve are flying out on August 25. YAY!!! She's staying at my house and Steve is staying with his host family from this spring. I'm totally bummed because Kevin's not coming out anymore. I'm not sure why, I asked Krista, but she hasn't gotten back to me yet. So, yeah - not much else new.
